Eduardo Lecuona

Eduardo Lecuona, co-founder of Mexico’s top horror film banner, Maligno Gorehouse (Huesera, Párvulos: Children of the Apocalypse, No me sigas), specializes in horror films and brings both a narrative focus and genre aesthetics to commercials and campaigns.

He recently co-directed with his sister, Ximena Lecuona, No Me Sigas (2025), Blumhouse’s first Spanish-language horror film, which will be released in theaters in October 2025. The Lecuona Siblings are currently working on their second horror feature, The Necrophage.

Apart from his horror projects, his new short film, Lucrecia & the Witches, a sequin-clad queer musical set in Guadalajara drag queen scene,  won the FOCINE short film grant in 2024 and is set to premiere in festivals early 2026.
